Fiesta Mexicana In Salida, Colorado (Our Fun Pictures)

	There are many good choices for Mexican restaurants in Chaffee County, including Casa Del Sol in Buena Vista ("gourmet" Mexican with a great ambiance), the Coyote Cantina in Johnson Village (Western bar & grill, great grub) and Los Girasoles in Poncha Springs (Cozy, unpretentious). However, today my friend and I visited Fiesta Mexicana, located on Highway 50 in Salida.

	We sat at this booth that had a very interesting table with cactus art on it. We loved it!
	My friend Tanya really liked the food there.
	There's one awful-looking shot of me eating. Service tends to be very quick at Fiesta Mexicana and I've found myself stopping here along Highway 50 after a long roadtrip to other points in Colorado.
